During the informative session, Are you a Born-again Undertaker?, attendees will be challenged to think about their roll in funeral service. This session will close with ideas as well as a set of tools that the attendees can take back to their funeral home and implement.
Robin Heppell stated, “It is a major concern – 50 years ago and more, the Funeral Director or Undertaker was the “Go-To” person when a death occurred. We are now a main “Checklist Item” instead of the main point of contact and need to reverse the way we are seen.
Secondly, Robin Heppell will host an Open House Forum for Funeral Home Technologies whereby he will bridge the gap between practical technologies and funeral home functionality by answering questions, facilitating discussion, and providing information which funeral professionals can used to implement.
