Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who can grow into an Operations Manager role, overseeing a remote team. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and experience with marketing and CRM tools. Proficiency with Go High Level CRM is a key requirement, along with WordPress and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Go High Level CRM workflows.
- Assist with client onboarding, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
- WordPress Maintenance:
- Update and maintain WordPress websites, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers as needed.
- AI Tools Utilization:
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for marketing content creation and internal operational efficiencies.
- General Virtual Assistant Tasks:
- Calendar and email management.
- Documentation creation and process improvement.
- Communication and task delegation using Slack and Team Work.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members across time zones.
- Assist in onboarding and training new remote staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Go High Level CRM or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience with WordPress website maintenance.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or other marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Slack and ticketing systems like Team Work – Desk.
- Familiarity with the funeral or cremation industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Leadership experience or managing remote teams is advantageous.
