Viral Marketing for Funeral Homes

August 28, 2008

I know that I have preaching this for some time, but besides the mere act of putting obituaries on your website, doing this will drive very targeted traffic – and they are the exact people who will want to buy flowers, memorial jewelry and other remembrance items. Watch the video and you will see what I mean.

Now that you have watched the video, all that you have to do now is do it!  And to make it easier for you, I have included the sample text here (make sure that you change the LINKS).

Kathleen and James…

I have uploaded the obituary notice to our website at www.YourFuneralChapel.com.

You can go to it directly by clicking here. Feel free to forward these links to friends and family as we have found that it is an easy way to let a lot of people know about services times – especially on such short notice. Let me know if you need help with anything else.

…Rob (744-3595)

I would love to hear about your successes, please let me know if you saw any improvements in traffic and in floral and memorial sales – leave your comments below!
