This is Robin Heppell – a funeral marketing consultant and fellow funeral director from Canada. I have been a funeral director for 25 years and for the last 10 years I have been helping North American funeral homes grow their market share and increase their funeral averages through marketing and technology.
I wanted to see what the level of interest would be for me to host one of my Funeral Boardroom workshops in Australia. These are one day intensive workshops where you bring your biggest marketing or strategy issue or challenge and you leave with it being solved. You will also learn from the others as they work through their challenges. We will also have a pre-conference session so that I can make sure that I am prepared for your situation to make sure that you get the best result. There will also be a follow up webinar (Australia-friendly time) one month after.
Details: The Funeral Boardroom Australia will take place in Manly, NSW at the Novotel Hotel in March 2014 (date options below). The registration fee would be $999 per delegate and $499 for each additional delegate from the same firm (Fees are in Canadian Funds – no applicable taxes). The registration fee includes the Boardroom program, materials, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch and happy hour – plus the pre-conference individual session and the post-conference webinar. (The Novotel Hotel includes a hot breakfast for guests.)
I will also have one or two guest presenters based on your feedback from the survey below.
Please note that this will be a small group – 15 to 20 maximum – and it will be market-exclusive on a first come, first serve basis. This means that after you register, no other funeral homes within a 20 km radius will be allowed to register. This is because we will be talking about competitive strategies in the group and I wouldn’t want your competitors in the same room as we are plotting your future marketing and strategic initiatives.
